There are two forms of heating in this unit. There is an efficient free-standing Empire heater in the living room and supplemental electrical baseboard heat in each room if needed. This unit is very energy efficient! Off-street parking is available and the parking area is asphalted to accommodate up to 2 vehicles per unit. Tenants are also able to park on the street for additional space if needed. There are no washer/dryer hookups for this unit. However, there is a very nice and recently updated laundry mat three doors down from this unit. Tenants will pay the gas and electric utilities as they are separately metered. The water and sewer utilities are quarterly and will be split 50/50 with the lower tenants.
