Electricity is paid by Tenant for rentals over 30 days. The electricity can be paid directly to the NOLA Entergy from the Entergy bill provided each month. For 30 day rentals the electricity is paid by the landlord. A $ 1,500 refundable deposit is required at the signing of the lease. This will be returned upon the end of the lease assuming everything is as it was upon renting the home. - If any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or appliances need repair during your stay, the owner will take care of any pay for these repairs. The lease includes two off-street parking spaces reserved for you during your stay. -Housekeeping, catered dinners, grocery delivery, and car transportation are available for extra fees.
