The French Quarter is a 20-25 minute ride by streetcar which is 1/2 block from the property's location. The house comes complete with linens, towels, china, flatware, a complete selection of gourmet cookware, and several coffee makers. It is a turn-key ready-to-move-in home ideal for a family vacation, a family seeking a temporary home while they house search, a professional stationed in New Orleans for an assignment, and/or someone in the film industry in need of temporary housing. Off-street parking for two cars is located at the back entrance to the property. LEASE TERMS -Minimum 30-day rental; Available August 1, 2025 -The rental price is $6750 a month which includes a fully furnished two-story 4 bedroom 3 bath luxury home with art and antiques , fast-speed internet, Roko TVS, sewage and water, and once-a-week yard and pool servicing. Electricity is paid by Tenant for rentals over 30 days. The electricity can be paid directly to the NOLA Entergy from the Entergy bill provided each month. For 30 day rentals the electricity is paid by the landlord. A $ 1,500 refundable deposit is required at the signing of the lease. This will be returned upon the end of the lease assuming everything is as it was upon renting the home. - If any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or appliances need repair during your stay, the owner will take care of any pay for these repairs. The lease includes two off-street parking spaces reserved for you during your stay. -Housekeeping, catered dinners, grocery delivery, and car transportation are available for extra fees.
