First off, allow me to say that I LOVED LIVING HERE! Everything from the space, the activities, the community and even the surrounding area as a whole. It is super convenient living in this area with Lenox Mall 15 minutes away as well as EVERY retail shop you can think of. It's so motivating living out here and I literally look forward to coming home every day after I get off from work. I would love to stay here but I'm getting married sooner that I thought and need to sublease my apartment so I can move in with my husband. It's one bed, one bath with an amazing walk-in closet (LADIES CAN I GET A HELLO ) The kitchen area is spacious, I love the stainless steel appliances and the amenities. The gym is super trendy and effective. And there is even a nifty paint room where you can rent out for sip and paints if you want! The complex works really hard to put on community events such as salsa and sangria (you can have happy hour right at home!) It's conveniently located right across the street from a Walmart (walking-distance) and there's a gym down the street and it's conveniently located right off by exit 285. This place is located on the top floor and Is street facing so it really has some amazing lighting, my power bill is super low because I barely have to turn on the lights! My goal is to be out of here by June 12th. I would need you to takeover my lease for 2 months (from the end of June to Aug 30) and then after that you can switch to another apartment or renew. The rent is 1363 a month and you have to make 3x the rent to get approved. The cool thing is with everything going on, the other apartments are leasing for as low as 1244 and to live in Chamblee with all of the perks THAT'S A STEAL So if you're interested please contact me as soon as possible. I would love to hand my apartment over to the hands of someone who will take care of it! Oh and yes it is Pet friendly! This place is literally everything you can ask for so definitely reach out if you're interested!
