The only room available is the master bedroom which comes with its own private bathroom. All common spaces will be shared with the other three roommates. Rent is $475/month for each person ($1900 in total). Tenants responsible for lawn care and snow removal. The monthly utility, electricity, and internet bill will be split between each roommate.
