SUNY Orange, a State School offering classes and 2 year degrees is down the street. Mount St. Marry's College is a mere few minute walk down the road. Shopping is easy. There is a local bodega down the street. A few blocks from Main street markets, bodegas, post office, great library, 4 blocks to Laundromat, new juice bar, cafe, soon to be vegan cafe, and George Washington Park Historic sight. If you need a little more, then there are bigger grocery stores around as well as Target/Walmart (10 minute drive). Also in the warm months, there are local farmer's markets around the city. Transportation is easy. Transit Orange provides bus service across the city and throughout orange county. Biking is easy in Newburgh, it is a quick ride over the Beacon bridge to the Metro North Train Station. Also in Newburgh is Stewart International Airport and 2 interstates (I84 & I87).
