If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. Up to 2 pets per stay are allowed, but no large breeds (e.g., German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, etc.). If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation. Swimming pool and hot tub heating requires 48 hours of advance notice. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors by minimizing any excessive noise.
