I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 1, 2017. I accepted an amazing internship opportunity across the state, and have to move. The lease would be from Jan. 1, 2017- June 30, 2017. If you'd wish to stay longer, starting July 1st you have the option to pay month-to-month. The apartment is in the Indian Trail Apartments on Algoma Blvd. in Oshkosh, a block away from campus, and about 2-3 blocks away from Main Street. The Indian Trail Apartments were built in the 1920's as up-scale apartments. The structure of the building and apartments are the same, just some things were updated to make it more modern. Rent is starting at $585 a month. The apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with also a cute dining room area, and a small balcony. There is also LOTS of storage space in the apartment, as well as separate storage on the floor and in the basement. There is also a laundry room in the basement, where you get a chip card and can load money onto it, to pay for laundry. There is also a parking behind the building for $20 a month for outside and $40 a month for shared garage space. Or, you can park on the street for $10 a month through the city. All utilities, except electric, are paid for by our landlords. Electric is typically about $20-$30 a month, depending on how much you use it. Cats are allowed, they just have to be spayed/neutered, and either be declawed or have nail caps. Its a $100 deposit for the cat, and it's $20 per month for one cat, and $30 a month if you have two cats (so $20 for the first then $10 extra for the second). I will be willing to pay your first month's rent if you would like! This apartment is amazing, and I absolutely love it, but the internship is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I could not pass up, so I have to move. Please contact me if you have any questions! Landlords pay for utilities except for Electric. Landlord responsible for garbage collection.
