Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests must abide by all community, city, county, and state parking rules and laws. Parking violations, trash dumping, noise nuisance, including large parties, and any other violations can result in fines up to $500 per violation with an aggregate maximum of $3,000.
