This is a unique rental for someone traveling light and not wanting to move in any furniture or kitchen amenities. We originally had this setup for our family to visit and stay in our vacation home but now we are renting ideally to a graduate student or professional that would want to live in a fully furnished unit with beds and living room furniture. We would consider a month-to-month rent if there is a shorter term lease needed and all utilities included but this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Pets will be consider on a case-by-case basis. Standard 1 year at $1200month. Tenant pays for electric, water, gas. We will consider month-to-month.
