Second bedroom includes queen mattress, TV, and private access to second bathroom. Comfortable Queen sized pull out sofa bed is also available in living room. Unit also includes a private patio which is on the main balcony of the property and allows for the most convenient access to the heated pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse that features a pool table, ping pong table, bathrooms, and showers. Location is within a safe, ten minute walk to the beach. This is a highly desired location within walking distance to 2 famous restaurants; The Garlic and Norwood's Treehouse. A wide variety of great restaurants, night life, and entertainment are abundant on the famous Flagler Avenue.
