The home comes partially furnished and we are open to negotiation about what furnishings stay or are put into storage. Outside amenities include a large grassy backyard, and in the front three raised beds for veggies, a row of raspberries, blueberry bushes, and ample space for flower gardening. The house is just a couple blocks away from hip restaurants, bars, and shops on Foster. The neighborhood is very bike friendly, has easy access to bus routes, and is within walking distance of Mt. Scott and Woodstock parks. There are a lot of young families in the neighborhood and the house is across the street from Arleta Elementary school. Renters who would probably enjoy this property the most like kids or even have their own, and enjoy gardening and generally being outside in the the yard. Please reach out to schedule a showing.
