Private unfurnish room with windows in the cool basement of cozy home in Tangletown. 5 minute walk from Aslan brewery, My friend Derek's detroit pizza, Vegan Mighty O's Donuts and Zoka coffee shop. 10 minute walk from Wallingford which has everything from QFC to Japanese ramen, Dive bars, Molly moons ice cream, and more. And lastly 15 minute walk from famous Green Lake. Room is a spacious carpeted 9'x11' and has a large closet 5'x2'. Plenty of room for queen size bed, dresser, and small desk. This room comes with a shared bathroom with the other basement room. Wifi/Utilities are not included in the rent but likely to be around $100 additional every month. I am in the process of furnishing a small kitchenette right next to the room. I am open to providing the following appliances if you would like. - induction cook top - air fryer - microwave - keurig/coffee maker Washer/Dryer is shared amongst everyone in the house.
