Renters Insurance Tenant shall, at Tenant's expense, obtain and maintain a renter's insurance policy for the duration of the tenancy, with minimum liability coverage of $100,000. The policy must name the Landlord as an additional interest (or similar designation) for notification purposes. Proof of such insurance shall be provided to the Landlord prior to move-in and upon each policy renewal. Failure to maintain the required insurance is considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of tenancy. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
