Washer/Dryer is shared. Shower over tub. Excellent Wi-Fi speeds. Multiple work-from-home spaces and a 22" flat screen TV with Roku (no cable). Both bedrooms can accommodate a full-size desk and office chair (furniture options are flexible). Main bedroom: Sleep in a memory foam queen bed with black-out blinds (in case you want to sleep in), Roman shades, a large closet with mirrored doors, and an antique armoire. The 2nd bedroom is set up as an office with an adjustable stand-up/sit down workstation, twin-size daybed and cube storage. Lots of additional storage in the hall closet. The island of Alameda is a quiet and walkable small town in the midst of the large urban San Francisco Bay Area. Walk just 2 short blocks to gorgeous path along the water and in 2 blocks the other direction you will find a charming street with 35+ eateries including breakfast spots, great tacos, coffee shops, nightlife and a twice weekly Farmer's Market. Bring the family to the hidden gem, Crab Cove Beach. Lots of open space and wildlife nearby. Bring your kayak/SUP boards (store them here) and take your choice of 3 walkable launches. Furnished short-term rentals only. No smoking allowed. Owner pays water, garbage and internet. Owner pays first $50 of gas/month and first $25 of electric/month. Street parking is fairly easy within 1 block usually dependent on time of day. Washer/Dryer is shared with free use.
