Paycheck stubs, bank statements (2 months minimum ) or/and tax return will be needed to verify income and employment. Account should show sufficient fund to cover up front move-in cost. House rule: No Illicit drug usage, growing of cannabis, smoking, vaping on premise (inside, garage, front and back yard). No commercial operations.
