    Hello,I'm looking for someone to take over an apartment that will become available on February 15 at Knowlton Manor Apartments, address 5221 Knowlton Street, apartment #D, Los Angeles, 90045. Please note that I have not moved into the apartment yet. I am unable to move into the apartment, because I got a job offer at another city, and unfortunately need to relocate. I'm helping landlord to find a replacement. I already paid the security deposit of $1,500. I would lose the deposit if no replacement found. If I can find a replacement by February 15, I can get my deposit back, which I will, in turn, give to whoever may take over the apartment when it becomes available on February 15th. This is $1,500 of free money available to you. Please email me, if interested, and I will provide my cell number to make the appropriate arrangements. You may also contact Knowlton Manor Apartments rental office directly. They will be able to show you the apartment. The opening hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that the landlord will request a credit check for $40. I will reimburse you for this as well, should you be approved for the apartment.
