This unit is a beautiful back half of a Duplex. It has plenty of storage, and a number of really really nice features. (The photos don't do it justice.) You get the back yard, which has a small pond and a playground, and since it borders the back of the West Seattle Rite Aid, the yard is about as private as it gets. The bathroom is solid slab granite surrounds, with in floor heat and a whirlpool tub set next to a bay window. I am not sure there is a nicer bathroom in all of seattle. The upstairs bedroom is large (12x13 or so) with a walk in (small but still walk-in-able) cedar lined closet. The downstairs bedroom is gargantuan - 12 x 24 - thats right 24 feet long. The vault off the bedroom gives it amazing storage. (Do you have a sense of humor? Like things that are different? If you do, the vault is the coolest feature of the unit.) Stacked washer dryer in the unit. The kitchen has vaulted ceilings with skylights, and hard rock maple counter tops, and oak cabinets. it's amazing. Fir floors on the whole of the upstairs, and they are totally beautiful. All in all, this is 1100 square feet of luxury that you simply must see to believe.
