The bus station is in front of the building, and you can also use Uber and Lyft for fast, easy, and affordable transportation. You are just 10 minutes by car from South Beach, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Dr., Midtown, and Wynwood. If you prefer to go north, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops, and Gulfstream Park are 20 to 30 minutes away, always with the ocean on your side. Guests should be aware that there may be increased noise levels from nearby construction during the day. The washer and dryer are in the corridor. Direct beach access is available without needing to cross the street. Just take the elevator to the lower level, walk past the pool, and you are on the beach, making it very safe for children.
