    2 upstairs rooms available sharing a bathroom. I live in the master bedroom on the same floor with my own bathroom. One college student lives in the downstairs bedroom with his own bathroom. Garage is my long term storage and is off limits (super packed with barely room to walk.) I am mostly retired and generally work in the living room all night with the TV on and sleep from roughly 7am to 3:30pm. We share a kitchen and have individually assigned cupboard spaces. No pets. No AC. Managed by RPA - will require a background/credit check by them. Walking distance to University of Washington - Seattle. One year lease ending July 31st, 2026.

    I am a 57yo gay male, mostly retired. Sleep 7am-3pm most days. Generally out evenings. Overnight watching TV in the living room. Your other roommate is a 21yo student at UW Seattle majoring in biochem and working in Bellevue.
