Report any damages or issues to me before departing, including broken dish ware. 6. Please clean BBQ, ping pong table after use, and place furniture in its original location before departure. 7. Guests are requested to turn off lighting and the central heating and air conditioning when leaving the house during their stay in order to conserve our precious energy and water resources, and to keep rental costs low. Turn off all lights and AC after checkout please.
