Your privacy is paramount. 3. Quiet Hours: 10 pm nightly and before 7am daily. Please do not use the Hot Tub after 10pm at night. Do not entertain in backyard patio after 10pm at night. Please do not make loud noise or music inside the house after 10pm. 4. No smoking inside the house and no open fires outside. 5. Please be respectful of the house, art work and furnishings. Report any damages or issues to me before departing, including broken dish ware. 6. Please clean BBQ, ping pong table after use, and place furniture in its original location before departure. 7. Guests are requested to turn off lighting and the central heating and air conditioning when leaving the house during their stay in order to conserve our precious energy and water resources, and to keep rental costs low.
