    Available is my furnished 3BR 1BA house. Approximately 1600 sqft with ~120 sqft deck. The yard has an array of garden boxes already planted with room to grow what you like. The awesome: The house has been fully remodeled with new floors, doors and windows throughout. New kitchen and bathroom. Gas range and Bosch dishwasher. The front entrance has a foyer with enough room to safely store bikes out of the weather and a place to remove and store shoes and outerwear- a must in Portland. The neighborhood is walkable, bikeable, and bus-able (Walkscore of 84, bike score of 96! and the bus stop is a 100 yards down the street.) Plus we are close to the airport but not in the flightpath. There are a dozen places to eat and drink within two blocks of the door, and other destination neighborhoods are in easy reach. There's pizza, fish and chips, taverns, bars, coffee, Mexican, Southern, etc. You can walk to New Seasons or all the offerings on Fremont, Killingsworth and Alberta. Fern Hill Park is just down the way. Other things: Laundry (washer and dryer) are in the basement. Exterior security cameras are installed and operating. Window AC units are available for summertime cooling in the bedrooms. No pets allowed. (Prior tenants pets necessitated the remodel, so never again, sorry.) No smoking or vaping of anything indoors. Lease term negotiable, first-last-deposit to move in. Tenant pays water, gas, electric and internet. Landlord pays trash, compost and recycling.
