House is well insulated and has new windows making utilities very reasonable. Owner pays for Refuse removal. Tenant pays utilities. House was recently insulated top to bottom. Kitchen is equipped. Washer and Dryer are provided. This house is a block and a half from Marshall University campus. First year lease will run from July 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018. Subsequent year leases will run from June to May. We will be taking the month of June to clean, paint and replace the carpet in the house.
