Pets must be approved in advance and a $300 non-refundable pet deposit will be due at lease signing. Our apartment and the premises is non-smoking and there is absolutely no smoking in the apartment or on the porch balcony. The facility will issue a fine for smoking in unauthorized areas. Tenants will be issued a FOB to access amenities on the premises. Tenants are responsible for the replacement of any lost FOBs or keys. All Tenants will be asked to complete a background and credit check to verify identity.
