Split rent half/half, 3rd bedroom can be shared office: We split the rent ($1325 each) and utilities (?). Gated, underground parking; elevator. NO PETS, sorry. Looking for independent, smart, sane person; not short term please. I'm cheerful, and easy to get along with. This is a great apartment!
