Unit is wifi ready and the living room has a 50 inch flat screen HD TV with all the basic Comcast cable channels. There are hardwood floors & wonderfully charming period details throughout. This represents a quintessential San Francisco Edwardian Flat. Tenant pays all utilities. Dog is subject owner's approval of breed and weight. Extra security deposit is required.
