No previous eviction, notices to comply, broken leases, money owed to former landlords, and less than 2 late payments within the most recent 12 months. - Credit score of 700 or higher is required - These credit score considerations are required to be met by all applicants. - Co-signers will be required to meet all criteria and requirement of application the same as the tenant. - Smoking is never permitted at the properties, inside or out. - Holding Deposit - Upon approval of the application, a security deposit of 25% of a full month's rent will be required within 48 hours as an earnest money deposit to hold the property, remove it from the market, cancel advertising, and cease showings to other prospective tenants.
