A lovely mix of a neighborhood. There is a 12th avenue list serve where people post everything from invites to low limit poker games to offers of free things to concerns about neighbors needing help. There is zoned parking for residents so that is not a problem. The neighborhood is within walking or rolling distance to all the amenities one could need. The University, Trader Jo's, Whole Foods, Cowan Park, movie theaters, the Public Library, restaurants, and bars, etc. It is a Hub for buses, especially express buses to downtown Seattle The rent is as advertised plus electricity and water/sewer/garbage. The house has high speed wireless internet included in the rent.
