You'll be walking distance from the beach, pier, Pacific City and over 50 bars & restaurants...such a great little neighborhood with good vibes. :) There's a patio, full kitchen, luxury king sized bed and a comfy living room with a TV but can be rented as unfurnished with a one year lease. We made it feel like home so you'll never want to leave. The front room is also hard wood instead of carpet now, we just don't have the current picture of it. Just a side note...if you like the mandala, you're more than welcome to keep it, but if you want us to paint, we can do that as well. : ) Owner pays for water & gas. Leases can be month to month with a 3 month minimum, 6 months or a year. Apt is fully furnished but can be unfurnished with a year long lease. We require a 60 day move out notice. There's no assigned parking, however there's a parking lot right by the building and tons of free street parking.
