Grill on site is free for you to use. Within 4-5 miles of several major medical facilities. The "office space" converts easily to a legal 3rd bedroom. No smoking inside the home allowed. Tenant pays for all utilities: gas, water, sewer, electric, etc. Pets are allowed and can be discussed with property owner. Minimum of 1-year lease. Tenant takes weekly trash out to curb and maintains grounds, although no lawn mowing is required. We have 2 free parking spaces: a 1-car garage and an additional off-street spot next to garage.
