This rental is a 2 year old townhome, with a new air conditioning unit, 2 car garage and lots of guest parking. The townhouse has window coverings and all appliances included. This lovely home is near walking/biking trails, parks, D20 schools, shopping and entertainment. For an additional (optional) fee each summer, you can use the neighborhood pool and rec center, if you choose. If you have school age children, Ranch Creek elementary is within walking distance and Chinook Trails Middle School is within biking distance, both D20 schools. There are several High Schools to choose from that are close as well and rated highly in the state of CO.
Garbage services are included in the rent, all other utilities such as gas, electric, water and waste water are paid by the tenant to Colorado Springs Utilities. Cable and internet are not included and will need to be contracted and paid for by the tenant. The Wolf Ranch community, of which you will be a part of, has an amenities of services that will be available to you including concerts in the park, club house activities and other neighborhood gatherings. This is a family community with schools for all child ages being in close proximity. The garage is big enough for two cars to easily fit, there is also parking available in the community as well.
