Garbage services are included in the rent, all other utilities such as gas, electric, water and waste water are paid by the tenant to Colorado Springs Utilities. The Wolf Ranch community, of which you will be a part of, has an amenities of services that will be available to you including concerts in the park, club house activities and other neighborhood gatherings.
