This is a separate and private mother in law fully furnished suite connected to a house with a family. It is located in a friendly neighborhood in the Central Park area of Denver and close to many hospitals. Many parks and restaurants close by as well as the train to downtown or the airport. All utilities included in monthly rent, $200 cleaning fee. I am looking for at least a 3 month minimum stay, but can be flexible on a case by case basis
