We have an open room in a very large older craftsman style home in West Seattle. (some of the photos are of details in the room which is about 10x10 before we include a closet which can be described as having "funky geometry") Note that this room has amazing morning light, and lovely high ceilings. If you don't want to do a year lease: add $50 per month for month to month.(This includes the utilities, and $25 of it goes to paying a once a month cleaning person for 6 hours of their time to help keep the place looking good.) We are creative, openminded, nonsmoking, of mixed ages and genders (in fact, we try to keep a gender balance in the house), there are two kitchens, I could go on and on, but look at the photos. you really want to come see this place. We won't rent to anyone that smokes, and there are no animals in this home, and you must be fully vaccinated. We are looking for someone who wants to be somewhat social. If you like to say: "I keep to myself", or "You will never notice me" thats not really what we are looking for. Busy is fine, but... do you play board games? Like to invite others to events? Like to invite others to cook with you? like to make art? like to talk with housemates about science? Do you do any number of other interesting things that you have a passion for that you want to share? This isn't about living with people in order to survive, this is about living with interesting people that think about the consequences of their actions on the other housemates, are low drama, and making everyones lives somehow "better".
