Parking areas are not to be used for abandoned or inoperable vehicles. A vehicle will be deemed to be inoperable or abandoned if not currently tagged or "street legal". A vehicle shall be deemed inoperable or abandoned at our sole discretion. All vehicles must be periodically moved to prevent build-up of dirt and debris.
