    Please we are having open house this weekend, May 17th and 18th which from 11am to 2 on Saturday and 11:30-2pm on Sunday. We will still need to replace the kitchen floor which will be done the week after the showing. We can start a new lease on our shortly after JUNE 1st. :) This is a Beautiful large hard wood floor home with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms! There's a nice sized grassy front and side lawn with a big back patio for relaxing and entertaining. A large 2 car garage has its own recently remodeled bathroom and can be used for two large cars or trucks or as a hang out! And we have a convenient plug-in station in the driveway for your electric or hybrid vehicle. The property has a beautiful privacy wall surrounding the entire area so dogs and kids are safe! Oh, and the house comes with a doggie door that can be locked and will fit a large dog! A nice porch in the front of the house is a great place to drink your coffee in the morning. This home is SOOOO comfortable. It has a 5 year old Lennox HVAC central air conditioning and heat system! And the electricity bills won't hurt you because we have SOLAR panels on the home! And guess what?? There's a basement with bookcases and room for storage! Also an attic which can hold some storage. Also we are willing to leave our washer and dryer in the laundry area so you don't need to buy them. :) As far as the kitchen we are happy to leave the the oven and stove. Only thing is the fridge is broken so if you have your own fridge that would be great but if needed we will consider buying one for the tenant. :) A NOTE about the neighborhood this lovely home is technically in EAST LA (a couple blocks from Monterey park border). It's definitely a gentrifying area and we feel safe and like our neighbors. But once in a while we'll find some graffiti painted on our wall or in the alley. We believe one of the teenage kids in the apartment building down the street is the main culprit but during the past 5 years we have never had any issues with "real " gang members or any crime against us or any of the neighbors we know. But being in East LA, the area is a bit "gritty" at times, mostly after 10pm. During the day we take our 2 year old all over the neighborhood but at night we don't walk alone. Once in a while a homeless man or woman may walk by at night but we've never encountered anyone dangerous. But still, not everyone will want to live in such an urban area, so we wanted to point this out. The neighbors are really really nice and if you are interested in having at least one neighbor you could count on as a great neighbor, "Gloria", who lives across the street from us , is an amazing neighbor! Oh , and the city has a graffiti removal crew that seems to come every 2 weeks or so, therefore the graffiti that will occasionally appear in the back alley or side wall gets washed off a week or two later. We are looking for a responsible renter with very reliable employment and a good rental history who will treat our home like it is theirs and enjoy living here for long term if possible, but at least one year. We are looking to rent this home as of June 1st but we are flexible for the right tenant. We still need to put new floor down in the kitchen and fix some small things, which is why we are listing the home for June! This home has all the comforts we added over the years, so I know another family will love living here. At time of contract to lease we would need first and last month rent and $3400 deposit.
