Located in Xenia Ohio which is about 20 minutes from Cedarville University, Wright State University, University of Dayton, Central State University. the room that is for rent, is small, but the house as a whole is a comfortable size. No drugs of any nature should be on my property. Leases are for 6-9 months. flat rate. I pay bills. No overnight visitors without my express written and verbal authorization. No smoking in the house, no cigarette butts on property, or loosely dumped in garbage container. SEEKING MALE ROOMMATE. I can not stress enough. DO NOT INQUIRE if you are a woman. I am a man and I live in this house. I hold to Christian convictions, and to avoid negative appearances, I do not want any woman living in my house. This means that if you are a male, your rent agreement will not permit or extend to a girlfriend. There are to be NO overnight visitors without my approval and at least one week's notice.
