When up, there is a stay flat desk and two computer monitors affixed to the bed (a great desk, must be cleared before lowering the bed). Bed#2 is 10'x13' and a traditional primary bedroom. Both are on 2d floor. Bed#3 is 8'x10' with Murphy Bed+stay level desk 1 that has about 14" of clearance, allowing a lot to stay on the desk when the bed lowers. Bed#3 is downstairs off the living room. Landlord reserves Bed#4 (upstairs) for 1 x college-age son when on break from college and unable to join family elsewhere.
The remainder of the furnished house is: living room, dining room, kitchen, both bathrooms, back yard, outdoor patio, outdoor screened gazebo, outdoor dining area with umbrella, basement storage). 2 off-street parking spots (nose to rear) for getting off-street during snow plow weather. On-street parking is available. Quiet street with minimal through traffic. 800m from Thayer Gate outside of US Military Academy. Utilities are gas, water, sewage, trash, recycling, electric, internet (wired and wifi)) (reconciled twice a year and on departure). Pet deposit ($250) required if Landlord approves pet. Security and Pet deposit returned after departure, without interest, and minus any repair or remediation costs (receipts provided to demonstrate costs, excludes fair wear and tear) and utilities owed. Mini-Split AC/Heat in each rented bedroom, and 1 each in dining room, family/tv room, and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, pots, pans, cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Renter can add cable TV via coax cabling distribution center in basement. Month-to-month lease is preferred, yearly is feasible. Sudden military and DoD civilian PCS orders negate lease termination notice.
