We have a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a shop available in Cottage Grove. Located close to Lincoln Middle School. Please feel free to drive by the unit that you're interested in and take a peek. Check out the neighborhood and make sure it is an area you would like to live. You can also come to the office and 'check out' a key to the unit you are interested as well, just bring your driver's license or ID that we can make a copy of. We do not charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 3 times the amount of rent (as net income) prior to asking for a fee. Valid proof of income could be paystubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, etc. Once you have viewed a unit and made it far enough in the selection process, then we require a credit check fee for each adult ($35 in state & $45 out of state). If applicants are not married we will need a separate application for each adult. If your credit is not very good or you do not have good landlord references you may be turned down or asked to pay a higher deposit if approved. Territorial Land Company 1785 E. Rent is $1300 a month and Security Deposit is $1950. This is a month-to-month lease. Pets are accepted typically with an additional security deposit, dependent on size and breed; additional deposit starts at $250.00
