Originally from the east coast, she is a recent graduate of LMU and currently works in the marketing and advertising industry. She is an easy-going, funny, pretty social but need alone time, independent, young professional. Shannon in previous living situations has lived with someone that has had an autoimmune deficiency disorders during the COVID-19 pandemic and so has been great at helping ensure the home is more than safe, secured, and clean. In her free time she loves going to concerts (pre-covid) and has a love for punk-rock and one of her favorite artist is Halsey and LANY. Shannon is down to get to know each other; she is not saying you have to be best friends, but would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together. If you're not open to the idea of sharing a meal together every once in a while, you probably won't be a good fit. She likes to keep common living spaces pretty clean. She does her dishes every day (min 12 hours in the sink) and puts away belongings when she uses them. She is open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized, but we usually just clean as we go. Here are some quirks and relevant information: Shannon is sometimes overwhelmed by loud high-pitch noises like fire alarms and can't stand cupboard doors being left open or the oven left on when not using (I've made that mistake). So, if you're someone that needs to have the volume on the TV up to the maximum, you might not be the best fit. With that said, she is not going to get upset at you for making popcorn at night or watching your favorite TV show at a normal volume. She herself is not loud whatsoever and can sleep through almost anything -- my late mid-night food cooking has not disturbed her at all. She is currently working from home, but she usually works the normal 9-5. She only smokes socially but not cigarettes and loves a good bottle of wine every now and then. She doesn't want to live with smokers. She is a vegetarian, but still somehow destroy a bag of fries or hash browns -- an excellent cook. She loves to read and has plenty of books for you to borrow. She loves all animals and really lights up to dachshund so pet are encouraged even though we have none now. If you need her social just let me know in your email.
