Second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and third bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway that the other two bedrooms share. This unit was recently completely remodeled with high-end everything including furniture, appliances, AC and heating systems, smart TVs in each room, patio furniture for guests to enjoy on the large balcony, and so much more! Harborview Grande is a newer condominium with elevator access, a heated pool and hot tub, and is just steps away from South Clearwater Beach. This property is located facing the canal/on the Intercoastal and is only a 3 minute walk to the sand. This pedestrian-friendly beach community offers everything from beach combing to water sports to food and live music.
