Docks and boat slips are installed in May and removed in October. The condo is at the deep end of the lake. The view of the lake is sublime, as are the sunsets reflected in the lake! The condo has two connected wraparound decks, providing tons of outdoor space and magnificent long-views of the lake! The living room is set up for maximum comfort including a sofa that pulls out to sleep 2 and a chair that pulls out into a twin bed. The television is wall-mounted and can be oriented for best viewing. The wood burning fireplace has been completely renovated inside, including a custom-made ashes tray with handles for cleaning up after a lovely fire on a cold night! The kitchen is fully equipped in light and bright white and teal. It includes all appliances, including an under-counter washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, large wall-mounted microwave, and trash compactor. The kitchen contains matching sets of dishware, silverware, glassware, serving dishes, bakeware, toaster, small Keurig, large coffee maker, blender, fondu pot, and Crockpot. The kitchen has a large, angled peninsula that provides loads of prep and serving space! There is a half bath and a full bath, which was recently renovated with a new tub and surround and new flooring. The master bedroom has a lovely wooden queen bed and end tables and a very large wardrobe that stores all the linens (included) for the unit. The second bedroom sleeps 3, with a heavy wooden bunkbed that has a twin above and a futon below which provides sofa-like seating until it is pulled out into a full bed. There is also a desk and hutch, small table, and full-length mirror. In addition to the linen wardrobe and the free-standing food pantry in the hallway, the condo has a large utility closet off the living room, another large utility closet off the dining room, a separate linen closet, and large closets in both bedrooms. A fishing rod holder is on the wall tucked in beside the pantry, and a really lovely beadboard drying rack hangs in the hallway ready for wet things from time spent in the lake! Both sliding doors have been replaced and new windows installed in both bedrooms. While the biggest recreational draw for Bayberry Landing is the lake and docks, the property also has a firepit right next to the lake, a tennis court that can also be used for pickleball, lakeside storage for residents' kayaks, dock space for jet skis, and a Maui Mat for the kiddos! Bayberry Landing is a community of friendly residents. Social events are held on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. For July 4 all the towns around the lake light flares to ring the whole lake!
