Property management rentals have average to lower quality of appliances, hardwood floors, carpets, cabinets, etc. Our unit has a gourmet kitchen equipped with top quality appliances including Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range with grill section, Wolf microwave with convection oven, Kohler touched bathrooms, top quality walnut hardwood floor, and Hunter Douglas motorized blinds. Property management rentals also charge for the garage and any additional parking space. Some of them charge utilities additionally. Our monthly rental will include water, sewage, garbage, a dedicated closed parking garage operating with remote, and another reserved parking #102. Tenants will be responsible for electricity and the internet. EV Car? No problem. Our closed garage will have a 240v EV connection and 110v GFI outlet. Recent Maintenance? Recently installed central A/C and energy efficient furnace with smart thermostat. Whole unit was recently repainted and bedroom carpets just replaced. Monthly rent is $4,795 and $3,000 security deposit needed. Non-refundable $500 moving fee is required by HOA. Similar to almost all rentals, we also require Renter insurance. We welcome cats and small dogs with a $75 monthly fee for each pet. Only up to two cats, or two small dogs, or one small dog and one cat are allowed by HOA. Internet providers are Xfinity and T-Mobile 5G Home Internet. Other internet providers could be available as well. PSE provides natural gas and electricity. As we just replaced the furnace with the latest heat pump technology, we anticipate a lower utility bill for you :) At least 12 month lease is required. Any sublease or short team rentals are not allowed by HOA.
