Identity verification must be completed and approved prior to check-in. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet time is after 9 pm. No firearms are allowed, and no unregistered guests are permitted. No smoking is allowed, not even 420. Any smoking must be 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. Lights, A/C, and heating should be turned off when away. No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of 1 pet 50 pounds or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pet(s). Check-out time is 12 pm sharp, and furniture must not be moved around. If furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out, there will be an additional $50 furniture fee charged.
