The kitchen has a center island great for additional prep space and conversing with friends/family while cooking. Pictures shown of the house are from when the home was staged. All furniture and staging will have been removed prior to rental. The home will come unfurnished.

Lease Terms
The rental agreement will be a 6-month lease with no automatic renewal. However, the tenant may terminate the agreement after 4 months without penalty. Furthermore, the owner may be open to executing a new lease on a month-to-month basis following the termination of the 6-month lease.
All applicants will be required to fill out an application. If selected for further review as a potential tenant, to continue with the application process, the applicant will be required to authorize the owner to pull a credit report and pay a screening fee for the amount paid by the owner to pull the report (not to exceed $62). To qualify for the rental, applicants must have a minimum credit score of 650. In addition, applicants under consideration must provide proof of income, and 3 references (preferably one being a former landlord and one being a current or former work supervisor or colleague).
Upon approval for tenancy, the approved tenant(s) will be required to pay the 1st month's rent up front, plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent prior to moving in. Furthermore, an additional security deposit may be required for any pets based on the owner's assessment of the pets. The tenant will also be required to provide proof of renters insurance.
