Solar panels on roof. Plenty of attic space for storage. Large utility shed in back for additional storage. There are numerous lovely parks within 5 minute walking distance, including Carter Barron and Hamilton Park. Neighborhood is very dog friendly. CVS and other business/restaurants one block away. Also one block away from Georgia avenue (major bus route). Fifteen minute walk to both Petworth metro (green line) and Ft. Totten metro (red/green line). Lots of street parking. Ten minute drive to Columbia Heights, Silver Spring, Takoma Park. Utility fees negotiable. Tenant(s) pay utilities
