The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and everything you need from flatware to silverware. The refrigerator has an automatic ice machine for your convenience. Other appliances include: Keurig coffee machine, hand mixer, food processor, large crockpot, hot water kettle, and blender. Built-in cutting board, plenty of cooking utensils (including wine opener, can opener, strainer), pots, pans, baking trays, and mixing bowls. The dining room table has seating for 6 and there are extra chairs available if needed. UPSTAIRS: There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor; all with plenty of closet space. Two with Queen beds, and a third with a bunkbed and trundle bed, so 4 can sleep in that room. All linens are provided with plenty of spare sheets and blankets. Nightstands in each room have lamps, power outlets and USB plugs. Each bedroom also has a laundry basket and a luggage rack for your use. The family bathroom has tub and shower. Plenty of towels are available. Clothes iron and ironing board are also available. BASEMENT: The games room has a ping-pong table, board games, and bean bags for relaxing and your enjoyment. There is a second full bathroom with a shower. The laundry room has a brand-new clothes washer and dryer. The garage can be accessed from the basement and has an outdoor code and a garage door opener for your convenience. There is room for two cars in the drive-way. GENERAL: The backyard is private and lovely. There is a fire-put and an enclosed, covered hot-tub which can be made available. No smoking indoors. Cats allowed with $250 non-refundable pet fee for each cat. (Sorry, no dogs allowed) Front lawn maintenance and home cleaning is the tenant's responsibility, but we are open to negotiating additional fees to take care of these issues. Tenant is responsible for snow & ice removal. Leases can be for single or multiple individuals. Prefer long term lease but willing to negotiate (3 to 6 months). References must be provided.
