Apartment 3 has a kitchen garden space right outside the front door. There is private, off street parking, a common area coin-op laundry, and a private storage space. The large property is very peaceful and quiet, you can't believe how close-in to the city you are. There are additional garden spaces for those wanting to grow more, along with picnic tables, a fire pit, and a flock of chickens. Community residents connect in these outdoor spaces while gardening, caring for the chickens, potlucks, campfires, and friendly and helpful neighbor moments.
