This home is surrounded by homeowners; therefore, in respect of them, the yard/porch must stay neat and we don't allow people who will disrupt the peace of the neighbors with loud music, etc. The utilities and lawn care are the responsibility of the tenant~lawn is to be cut no more than 10 days apart and as mentioned above, the yard/porch are not to be cluttered.
