There are gorgeous wood floors throughout with plenty of windows to bring in light. There is a large closet in the entrance of apartment and the living room sliding glass door leads out to a large balcony that overlooks the observatory. This balcony leads to second bedroom with bathroom. The master bedroom has a large bathroom that sits on black and white tile. There is shared laundry in building on each floor with trash shoot. This apartment is available for immediate move in. To qualify household must make 3 times the rent amount in gross income and have a credit score of 600 and up. There is a $40 nonrefundable application fee per applicant and cosigner. We hold units no longer than 2 weeks with deposit before move in. Applicant has 24 hours to turn in deposit after approval in order to hold apartment. Without deposit we can not gaurantee the apartment. Tenant is responible for utilities, (water, electric, cable/wifi). No pets allowed. ESA ok. Option to purchase 1 parking spot in garage for $50 a month.
