This is for a private room in the house. The home is about 9 miles from Denver International Airport. It is fully furnished, utilities included in the rent amount. The home is in a safe residential neighborhood with plenty of parking spot infront of the house. The house has several amenities. We have some gym equipment in the living room as well as the garage. If you need some storage space, we can accommodate to a certain degree. We can't accept pets. We already have a medium sized dog who is super friendly. The backyard is a good sized. We also have a baby grand for those who love to play piano. I offer a month to month lease as well as long term lease
