Great access to walk around the docks, a short walk to "Mother's Beach" and the popular "Cheesecake Factory" restaurant. About a 15-20 minute walk to the Venice Beach Pier and adjacent restaurants, and another 15-20 minutes to the famous Venice Boardwalk. Only about 20-minutes from LAX. 1-year lease minimum. We prefer long term renters. Two occupants maximum. We do not allow parties, and limit guests to a maximum of four. There is a $50-per-person monthly fee to access the swimming pools, gym, tennis courts and other amenities. There are washers and dryers on every floor, and refillable laundry cards will be provided. This unit is fully furnished and includes dishes, silverware and cooking supplies. There is a $200 move-in fee, and again a $200 move-out fee that is charged by the complex.
